Wetwheels Wetwheels is a fully accessible powerboat based at Gunwharf Quays Marina in Portsmouth. We operate throughout the year and specialise in educational, sporting and recreational boating in an around our beautiful coastal waters. Feedback from our activities tells us that many of our disabled participants have been inspired to see Geoff Holt, himself a severely disabled wheelchair user, run the Wetwheels project and to skipper the boat.
